FCC Deadline to File Applications for Emergency Connectivity Fund Support for Upcoming School Year

On April 28, 2022, the Federal Communications Commission announced the opening of a third application filing window to award at least $1 billion in Emergency Connectivity Fund support to eligible schools and libraries to purchase eligible equipment and services between July 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023. May 13, 2022 is the last day for schools and libraries to apply for support in this filing window, which the FCC anticipates will be the last opportunity to request funding before available funds in the $7.17 billion Emergency Connectivity Fund program are exhausted.
