Alternative PROW Compensation to a Percentage of Revenue: Traditional compensation for cable use of public rights-of-way (PROW) has been a percentage of revenue and it has been declining at an alarming rate. However, the same cable companies are still using PROW to earn profits. AND we now have other users of PROW earning profits. This session will explore the landscape, including alternative compensation being considered – both methods and applications.
