WIA/CTIA Petitions on Wireless Modification Rules under Section 6409

NATOA filed Reply Comments, joined by USCM and NACo, in the FCC’s proceeding to address WIA’s and CTIA’s petitions seeking clarifications and changes to rules mandating local governments approve certain modifications to wireless towers and non-tower structures that support wireless facilities. NATOA’s Board and staff will be meeting with FCC staff and Commissioners the first week of December to discuss this docket.
