NATOA releases summary of the FCC’s June 9, 2020, Declaratory Ruling intended to clarify the Commission’s existing rules regarding the types of wireless siting applications local governments may not deny, and must approve within 60 days or the permit will be deemed granted. The Ruling took effect on June 10, 2020.
