NATOA Files Joint Intervenor Brief Challenging FCC's 6/9 Declaratory Ruling

NATOA files joint intervenor brief in League of California Cities, et al v. FCC challenging the FCC’s June 9^th Declaratory Ruling expanding the scope of wireless facility modifications local governments must approve under Section 6409(a) of the Spectrum Act of 2012. NATOA joined the intervenor brief filed by Spiegel & McDiarmid on behalf of its clients, City and County of San Francisco and Marin County, California.
