Communications Workers of America Study Measures Public Benefit of Broadband Projects Funded by American Rescue Plan

CWA’s “Broadband Report Card” evaluates over a dozen counties on public transparency in project selection, affordability of broadband services, job quality, and more

This report card evaluates fourteen county-level broadband projects funded through the SLFRF on how well they incorporated transparency, equity, and labor standards within their selection process, with a total available score of 20 points per project.
