SOLICITATION

In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our exhibitors, sponsors, attendees and employees, we do not allow solicitation at our events by attendees or unauthorized parties without the express written permission of NATOA. 

Soliciting is not prohibited in the event app or the virtual platform (chat function in sessions, networking rooms and activities). Any person and/or organization found to be violating this policy may be expelled from the event. No refunds. Egregious and/or multiple violations of this policy may result in disqualification from future events at the discretion of NATOA. 

CONSENT FOR NATOA PHOTOGRAPHERS

NATOA reserves the right to take photographs, audio, and video during our events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any NATOA event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NATOA may use the photograph/video in NATOA educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.

A person attending a NATOA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should contact NATOA at info@natoa.org and include an identifying photograph for reference. NATOA will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.

By participating in a NATOA event or by failing to notify NATOA, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by NATOA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify NATOA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Photography and/or recording (including audio and video) during the NATOA Conference is allowed for personal and private use only. NATOA encourages our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and vendors to share their experience at NATOA conferences on social media.

By sharing photos and videos on social media channels, you are consenting that NATOA may reshare, repost and use those photos and videos prior, during, and after the conference.
