Jennifer Harman

Jennifer Harman is the Deputy Director for the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA), providing support to local governments nationwide on communications issues impacting local government interests. Jennifer recently celebrated 20 years with NATOA and is responsible for in-person and virtual event planning, facilitation of the Government Programming Awards program, and member relations.
