Tonya Rideout

Tonya Rideout is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA), providing support to local governments nationwide on communications issues impacting local government interests. She has over 20 years of nonprofit trade and association experience with expertise in association marketing, industry relations and strategic direction.

Previously, Tonya was the Executive Director of the Virginia Wineries Association where she worked on state and local regulatory issues and advocated on behalf of Virginia wineries for distribution, production and education. She was also the Executive Director of the Solar Smart Roof Alliance, promoting policies and initiatives surrounding the use of sustainable roofing systems. She has worked with more than a dozen professional and membership associations on growth and retention programs, communications and strategic direction. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and an avid PSU football fan.
