Sean is a partner at Keller and Heckman, LLP. Sean represents clients nationally on a wide range of communications matters including broadband, pole attachments, wireless small cell siting, fiber leasing, regulatory compliance, barriers to community broadband, municipal broadband initiatives, grant funding, and public-private partnerships. His clients include municipal and government entities, and utilities, as well as national and state utility associations, and numerous public and private entities throughout the U.S. Sean collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams of legal, financial, engineering, and other technical experts, assisting local government and other clients in making comprehensive telecommunications and broadband plans.
