Mike Bradley

Mike Bradley is an attorney, with 30 years of experience, practicing in the area of municipal telecommunications and cable franchising. He is a partner at Bradley Werner, LLC, a municipal telecommunications law firm with offices in Minneapolis and Chicago. Mike and his firm recently represented a large consortium of municipal clients from across the country on the FCC’s Section 621 proceeding and subsequent appeal to the Sixth Circuit. Mike also represents cities on cable franchising and wireless siting matters. Mike has received the highest attorney ratings from Martindale-Hubble (AV Preeminent) and AVVO (10.0) and has been recognized as a Communications Law “Super Lawyer,” by Minnesota Super Lawyer magazine. He is admitted to practice before multiple state courts, United States District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. His first NATOA annual conference was in Tucson in 1997.
