Beth Crow

Ms. Crow brings 30 years of experience crafting impactful partnerships between community organizations, nonprofits, government entities, and corporations to benefit under-resourced communities. Through her previous experiences as a director of community impact with Comcast's keystone region and vice president of public affairs for western Pennsylvania and New York State with Citizens Financial Group, Ms. Crow has a strong background in community engagement and communications. Passionate about digital inclusion, Ms. Crow served as Comcast's regional lead and subject matter expert on digital equity, focused on addressing internet adoption in income-constrained populations through digital literacy skill-building and digital navigator programs. Creating partnerships with school districts, libraries, public housing agencies, community-based organizations, and other partners, Ms. Crow builds consensus among local stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programs focused on digital equity for low-income individuals.
