National Associations Support HR 530 - Encourage Locals to File Letters of Support

USCM, NACo and NLC filed a letter with the House Energy & Commerce Committee in support of H.R. 530. This bill would essentially undo the FCC’s moratorium and small cell orders that limit local authority over deployment of certain facilities in the local rights of way, and thus NATOA wholeheartedly supports the bill. This letter could be used as a template for letters to your federal delegation asking them to cosponsor the bill. NATOA has also drafted a template letter that can be used to contact your delegation about H.R. 530.
