Submissions To The NATOA Journal
The National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) is seeking articles for The NATOA Journal — the premiere quarterly publication for local government elected officials and professional staff responsible for - or advising those responsible for - communications policies and services in local governments throughout the country.
Our readers include local government elected officials, city and county managers and their professional staff of local government responsible for cable, telecommunications, information technology, institutional networks, public, educational and government access channel production and distribution; attorneys, advisors and consultants to local government in the aforementioned areas; telecommunications and cable industry leaders and consultants working with or regulated by local governments; state and federal agency officials responsible for or interested in communications and related fields. Their responsibilities range from cable administration, telecommunications franchising, rights-of-way management and governmental access programming to information technologies and institutional network design, planning and management.
Our readers also include not-for-profit organizations whose needs and interests are complementary to those of NATOA’s, vendors to local governments, telecommunications providers of all types of services to and for local governments, library patrons and individuals interested in keeping informed on communications matters of interest to local governments.
