Marc Jaffe

 Marc is currently the Principal of Southern California Telecommunications and Video, Inc. serving the needs of public entities with telecommunications regulation and PEG access video production.

 Previously, Marc was the Executive Director of the Public Cable Television Authority – a joint powers local government telecommunication regulatory and video production agency serving the cities of Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Westminster, and Stanton. 

 From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Jaffe was the Cable Television Program Manager for the City of San Diego where he created and launched the City’s award winning government access television channel and managed telecommunications contracts and video service provider franchises for the City.

 His prior experience includes the position as Cable Television Manager for the County of San Diego and is responsible for the launch of the County’s government access channel in 1994.

 Marc is a current board member and past president SCAN and has degrees in Communications, Telecommunications Management, and Public Administration from the USC Annenberg School for Communications, UC Santa Barbara and Cal. State Long Beach.
