Jeff Lueders was a Public Access volunteer in Fridley and Northwest Community Television in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota in 1979-90. He earned Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in 1985 then was hired as educational access TV producer and after one year was promoted to District TV Coordinator, Rochester Public Schools, Rochester, Minnesota, from 1985-97. Jeff was instrumental in the growth and popularity of the Educational Access channel and the purchase of Remote TV Production Truck. He then worked 11 years as Cable Coordinator for Lakeville, Minnesota, highlighted by his production team winning an “Emmy”, negotiating a new 15 year Franchise Agreement, and coordinating the redesign of the Council Chambers and Master Control.

Jeff served on the MACTA Board for 10 years, seven as President, highlighted by the receipt of “The NATOA Presidents Chapter of Excellence” Award in 2007. In 2008 Jeff moved to the Pacific Northwest to work for the City of Tacoma, Washington. He recently completed negotiations on new 10 year Franchise Agreements with Comcast and Click!. In June 2010 his staff was honored by the Northwest Chapter of NATAS with a "Governors' Award" Emmy for their coverage of a memorial service for four fallen Police Officers. Also in 2010 Jeff was awarded NATOA's "Brian Wilson Memorial Award for Programming Excellence". Jeff is currently serving on the NATOA Board of Directors, and the WATOA Chapter Board of Directors. His time with WATOA is highlighted by receiving "The NATOA President's Chapter of Excellence" Award in 2011.
