Jerry Musial Biography
Jerry Musial has been in the video production industry for 25 years. He has worked for commercial television stations, and, medical, corporate and government channel production facilities. Working for the City of West Allis, Wisconsin for the past 17 years Jerry has engineered the growth of their city channel into a national awarding winning facility. Their projects have garnered awards from NATOA (Excellence three years in a row for budget under $100,000), Telly, Aurora (Platinum Best of Show), City Hall Digest (Grand Award), Communicator Awards and the Videographer Awards. Jerry has been on NATOA Government Programming Awards committee for the past four years. The last three serving as chairman of that committee.
12 years ago he added cable franchise regulation to his list of duties. He has been involved in one cable franchise renewal, two transfers of ownership and one franchise fee audit. He is currently overseeing the City’s second franchise renewal.
